According to Muscle & fitness, more than “40% of American want to lose weight.” Surprisingly, not all of them end up at the gym when they want. Gyms are crowded most of the time. So what do they do? Here are 13 killer workouts that will help you avoid the crowded gym.
Hit the pool
Swimming is a low-impact workout that even a beginner can enjoy at home. Best techniques to try are flutter kick, frog kicks, kick drill, breaststroke and butterfly drill. According to Jimmy Minardi, founder of Minardi Training, “Swimming is one of the best full-body, low-impact physical activities you can do." On average you can burn 500 calories per hour while swimming.
Outdoor cycling is simpler than punishing your body at the gym. A lot of different muscles are being involved however most of the work is done by the muscles in your legs. Cycling is an excellent form of cardio and it can help you lose weight and tone up. You can have really nice legs in no time. Who doesn't want that?.

It can help you lose weight, tone up, and it can really define your legs. American Council on Exercise states that skipping rope or jumping increases your muscle resiliency and elasticity.
