According to Muscle & fitness, more than “40% of American want to lose weight.” Surprisingly, not all of them end up at the gym when they want.  Gyms are crowded most of the time. So what do they do? Here are 13 killer workouts that will help you avoid the crowded gym.

Hit the pool

Swimming is a low-impact workout that even a beginner can enjoy at home. Best techniques to try are flutter kick, frog kicks, kick drill, breaststroke and butterfly drill. Outdoor cycling

Outdoor cycling is simpler than punishing your body at the gym. A lot of different muscles are being involved however most of the work is done by the muscles in your legs. Cycling is an excellent form of cardio and it can help you lose weight and tone up. You can have really nice legs in no time. Who doesn't want that?.

Jumping or skipping a rope

We love skipping here at MyGymZone. I think its the exercise we have mentioned the most. How can you not mention it? It burns an insane amount of calories. 10+ per minute if you want me to specific. It can help you lose weight, tone up, and it can really define your legs. American Council on Exercise states that skipping rope or jumping increases your muscle resiliency and elasticity.

Sprint session

Are you looking to push your body and burn serious calories? Take to the backyard and sprint. Sprinting intervals are extremely beneficial. Due to the change in heart rate from minute to minute, it is an excellent way to burn fat. You might want to sit down for this but take a deep breath because I have news for you. 1 minute of sprinting burns the same amount of fat as 2 minutes of jogging and 4 minutes of walking. LiveStrong says that a 150-pound person burns 20 calories for a -minute sprint, while he/she burns 10 for a jog or 5 for walking.

Yoga

Take that moment to stretch and relax with yoga. Try putting your legs up the wall, extend your arms to the side for three to five minutes and relax. Yoga is extreely good not only for your physical health but for your mental health too. We will cover this in details in the near future posts.
